Welcome to Howard’s Frogs LLC. By using our website and purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing, using, or purchasing from our site.
1. Use of Website
By visiting or using our site, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
- You agree not to use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You agree not to attempt to damage, hack, or interfere with our website or operations.
2. Product Availability & Pricing
- All animals are subject to availability and may be removed or updated without notice.
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
3. Live Animal Sales
- All frogs sold are captive-bred by us and shipped only within the United States (where legal).
- Customers must comply with their own state and local laws regarding amphibian ownership.
- By purchasing from us, you confirm that it is legal for you to own and receive the animals you are ordering.
4. Shipping Policy
- We ship live animals via FedEx Priority Overnight, Monday through Wednesday, weather permitting (40–90°F).
- A signature is required on delivery. Failure to receive the package on the first attempt voids all live arrival guarantees.
- Shipping costs range from $25 to $75, depending on location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by FedEx or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Live Arrival Guarantee
- We guarantee animals will arrive alive and in good health when shipping guidelines are followed.
- You must contact us within 3 hours of delivery with any issues. Photos and documentation may be required.
- Live arrival guarantee is void if:
- You are not available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt
- The animal is not picked up within 2 hours of arrival at a FedEx hub
- Weather conditions are unsafe for shipping and you requested to proceed anyway
6. Returns & Refunds
- All sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless authorized by Howard’s Frogs LLC.
- If an issue qualifies under our guarantee, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
- We do not issue cash refunds.
- All shipping costs related to returns or replacements are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Veterinary costs incurred after purchase are not reimbursed under any circumstances.
7. Payment
- We accept payment via secure credit/debit card links and other approved processors.
- All down payments for holds or payment plans are non-refundable.
- Payment plans must be completed according to agreed terms or the animal and funds may be forfeited.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on this site—including logos, text, images, and care sheets—is the property of Howard's Frogs LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Howard’s Frogs LLC is not liable for:
- Any harm, injury, or loss related to the use or ownership of any animal after delivery
- Allergic reactions or injuries from live animals
- Delays or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
